A combination of porcelain crowns, composite (tooth-colored) fillings and scaling and root planing (periodontal therapy) to treat periodontal (gum) disease. Please note the healthier, pink, appearance of the gums after periodontal therapy.
In the image to the right, a porcelain bridge and porcelain crowns were placed on the upper front teeth. The patient’s main concern was the short upper right tooth (part of a metal and porcelain Maryland bridge) which was not symmetrical with the opposite side.

Composite (tooth-colored) resin fillings on the front six teeth to address chipped teeth as a result of nighttime grinding. A custom nightguard to prevent further tooth loss was also recommended and fitted.
Internal whitening treatment of a front tooth which had darkened from past facial trauma and had a history of root canal treatment. The internal whitening treatment was able to restore the tooth to its original color.
